Nowadays it’s difficult to walk around the city without listening Spanish speaking, but where was the Spanish community in London yesterday?
The great comedian Berto Romero was performing, at 8 o’clock, in The Clapham Grand and no one wanted to miss it. One hour and a half of dancing, singing, music and laughs. Lot of laughs.
The show started with an hilarious video about Berto’s previous life. Risto Mejide and Andreu Buenafuente, of course, are some of the famous people who collaborate in it.
The comedian talked about his new life, his two years old son and his family but breaking news as well. One of the best moments in the spectacle happened when he talked about sports, sex and the Spanish and English Royal Families.
The guitar player, Ivan Lagarto, interpreted, beside Berto, six songs. "Abuelita", "Tocha" or "Te quiero normal" were some of his hits.
Berto wants to stay as much time as possible on stage. With this fantastic representation it is possible.
"Siempre se van los mejores" (The best are always the ones who leave us) were Berto's last words. Luckily, in London, thanks to El Carnaval de la Comedia, we can enjoy with screamingly funny comedians. The next humorists who are going to visit London will be Goyo Jiménez and David Guapo. Are you going to miss them?
Great and hilarious night out. We'll repeat with Goyo and David... no doubt!
